Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the software, extensions, and related services provided under the Best FB Tools and License Link brands.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using any software, Chrome extension, application, or service provided by Best FB Tools and/or License Link (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Best FB Tools and License Link are independent providers of software and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google, Google Chrome, or any other third‑party company, platform, or brand mentioned in connection with the Services.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Any reference to third‑party platforms (including but not limited to Facebook and Google Chrome) is for descriptive and interoperability purposes only.

3. Use of the Services

You are solely responsible for how you choose to use the Services, including but not limited to:

Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction.
Complying with all applicable terms of service, community standards, and policies of Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google, and any other third‑party platforms you interact with through the Services.
Ensuring that your usage of automation features, messaging, and data collection is lawful, non‑abusive, and compliant with applicable anti‑spam and privacy regulations.

Any action taken using the Services is deemed to be taken by you. You assume full responsibility and liability for your use of the Services and any consequences thereof.

4. “As‑Is” and “As‑Available” Basis

The Services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non‑infringement, accuracy, security, or reliability.

Without limiting the foregoing, Best FB Tools and License Link do not warrant that:

The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.
The Services will continue to function in the event of changes made by Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google, or any other third‑party platform.
Any particular results, revenues, leads, engagement, or outcomes will be achieved through use of the Services.

5. No Guarantees of Results

You understand and agree that Best FB Tools and License Link do not guarantee any specific business, financial, marketing, or operational results from the use of the Services. Any examples of performance, testimonials, or case studies are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of performance.

6. No Refunds

All purchases, subscription fees, license payments, and other amounts paid for access to or use of the Services are final and non‑refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing access to the Services as described at the time of purchase.
No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be granted for partial periods of service, unused time, unused licenses, or dissatisfaction with the results generated through use of the Services.

7. Changes, Disruptions, and Third‑Party Platforms

The Services may rely on access to or integration with third‑party platforms such as Facebook and Google Chrome. Those platforms may change their interfaces, policies, rate limits, or technical requirements at any time, with or without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Best FB Tools and License Link have no control over such third‑party platforms.
Functionality of the Services may be modified, degraded, or discontinued as a result of changes made by third parties.
No refunds or compensation will be provided in connection with any such changes, disruptions, or limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Best FB Tools, License Link, their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability is found notwithstanding the foregoing, the total aggregate liability of Best FB Tools and License Link for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Best FB Tools, License Link, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your access to or use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or third‑party right, including without limitation any right of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property.
Your use of the Services in a manner that violates the terms of service or policies of Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google, or any other platform.

10. No Professional Advice

Nothing in the Services should be construed as legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for consulting with your own qualified professionals regarding any legal or compliance questions related to your use of automation, messaging, data collection, or marketing activities.

11. Termination of Access

Best FB Tools and License Link reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, abuse, violation of these Terms, or activity that may create risk or liability for the Services or their users.

12. Changes to These Terms

Best FB Tools and License Link may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Best FB Tools and/or License Link is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in such jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
